Sheilah Brooks is a name I will never forget. The fun lady up a block on Emerald Avenue in North Portland with three children and a big black dog I believe was named Sheba. Visiting the house on the corner was always a fun adventure because Sheilah was so cheerful, friendly and was always happy to see us. God Bless her memory.
