Condolence From: Helen Reichert Lambin
Condolence: I was privileged to meet Mr. Miller and hear him preach through my mother, Helen Reichert. I live in Chicago and am Lutheran. But Mr. Miller was an inspiration to me as he has been to so many. My heartfelt sympathy to Dixie, whom my mother also spoke so well of, and to all his family and friends.

Condolence From: Allen Fisher
Condolence: Jay Miller was a wonderful pastor and human being. He had the kindest and sweetest heart of anyone I have ever met. He was also courageous; I attended meetings with him where he would be the first to make a point that many of us wanted to make but were too timid to speak out. The world is a much better and lovelier place because of his exemplary life.

Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss. You are in our prayers. Jay was a wonderful minister growing up he was the minister at First Pres when I went through confirmation. I truly enjoyed going to church and listening to her sermons. Many years later he always remembered me even though he has been a part of so many families lives. He will be greatly missed by all.

Condolence From: Chuck Beahm
Condolence: So sorry to hear of Jay's passing. I got to know him through my mother, Margaret Beahm in Wisconsin Dells. She was a faithful Presbyterian and knew Jay from Reedsburg. When you moved to Marion, where I live, she told me to look him up, which I did. As Chamber of Commerce manager, I frequented the morning coffee spots with the local officials and businessmen. When asked to join me, Jay was more than willing and became a regular fixture which he highly enjoyed. There will never be another like him and you have my sincere sympathy.
