I always enjoyed visiting with Leon at Bayou Cocodrie Refuge, where I work. He always entertained myself and the other folks at the refuge with stories about hunting on the refuge when it was a hunting camp. He volunteered to guide kids on the Youth Hunts and helped around the checkstation at Brooks Brake during the other hunts. I will truly miss talking with Leon when he came by to see what was going on around the refuge. He really seemed to enjoy coming out to the refuge to hunt and visit with the staff at the refuge. He will surely be missed. John
