Mr. Wiley was born October 25, 1957 in Ferriday, LA and passed away Sunday December 14, 2008 at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday. He was a resident of Ferriday, a Mechanic, and a member of the 61 South Church of Christ in Natchez Ms. .
