Rocky Adamson
Rocky Adamson, 54, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2006, in Fort Collins. Cremation will be completed, and a Celebration of Life Gathering will take place on Friday, January 27, 2006, from 2:00-4:00 pm at Allnutt Riverside Chapel, 1530 Riverside Avenue, Fort Collins, CO. Rocky was born on January 13, 1952, in Fort Collins, to Henry Almond and Shirley Darlene (Winkelman) Adamson. He was a native, born and raised in Fort Collins, and a graduate of Poudre High School. After school, Rocky ventured off to find his niche in the world. He found his perfect career as a real estate agent with some wonderful people at Keller Williams Realty of Northern Colorado. Other than golf, his greatest love was his wife of 32 years, Sherry Ann, whom he married in October of 1974, in Fort Collins.Rocky was an awesome friend to everyone; he was always able and willing to help in any way he could, for anyone, for any reason. When not working, Rocky could be found golfing at Collindale Golf Course or any other course where he and his "buddies" could get a tee-time. "Keep it in the fairway, guys!"He is survived by his wife Sherry of Fort Collins, their son Michael and his wife, Korin, and their new baby boy Cole Benjamin (Rocky's little buddy, "Benny"); brother Monte and sister Neva both of Kansas, as well as many other dear family members. To all of you who knew Rocky, you know he will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rocky Adamson Memorial Fund in care of Allnutt Riverside Chapel.
