Condolence From: Mohammed, Azwar, Nancy Khallad
Condolence: So Sorry for your lost. Just few things about your Dad.... Levon was a great friend with all his kindness and love. Levon taught me how to look and approach any problem in a very positive way. Levon had a magic of being so soft and gentle but stronger than Mohammed Ali. I'll miss my Good Friend but I'll remember him for ever. May God give you the strength and Love. Mohammed.

Condolence From: Jonathan Goldberg
Condolence: I will miss you terribly. Remember when we thought we'd live forever. I remember all the great times we had as teens. One has few good friends in life & I feel privileged to have known you. You introduced me to Maria, 38 years ago & I am forever grateful. Maria always thought of you as a gentleman & a great friend. You were a good man who left his mark & a good friend. May God be with you & guide you forever. Friends Forever, Jonathan.

Condolence From: Charles & Lisa Hanna
Condolence: Dear Garen, Arden and the Boduryan Family, Your Dad has been more than a cherished and close friend. He has been "family" in every sense of the word. Since I have known Levon, for almost 40 years now, he has been the dependable "go to" friend who could always be counted on to come to the rescue, pull more than his share of the load, never complaining, just doing what needed to be done.... nobody has the kind of work ethic which came naturally for Levon. I will always treasure the times I spent with your Dad, the thousands of coffees & bagels over which we compared notes on the real estate market and updated each other on our daily lives. During our hikes in the ravine, he entertained us with his multi-lingual greetings and the reactions of complete strangers passing by. Your Dad never failed with a warm greeting of "El Presidente", that mischievous twinkle in his eyes and a gentle chuckle, always giving the benefit of the doubt and withholding judgment, listening when I did more than my share of the talking. I hope that you will feel comfortable in calling on us at any time you may need a hand or a good word, as it will give us joy to be reminded of Levon, my "Best Bud Forever"! God be with you all during this especially difficult time where Levon's loss is sorely felt by all of us.
