Message: Polly was instrumental in helping us to "launch" our Community Outreach Program for D'Esopo Funeral Chapel some 25 years ago. She helped us host our first program for the town inviting the professionals from the Judge Baker Center in Boston. Polly was the epitome of what a Social Worker should be - always thinking of the needs of others and encouraging people to do their best. I shall be forever grateful to her for her wisdom, guidance and support. Her kindness touched countless people. May she rest in well-deserved, everlasting peace.
