POWER, William James 'Bill' - Passed suddenly away at his residence on Friday, November 7, 2003, William James 'Bill' Power of Burnt Point, age 73 years. Predeceased by wife: Clare; daughter: Claudette; granddaughter: Yannick; parents: James and Margaret. Leaving to mourn: five daughters: Elizabeth (Jeffrey) Lambier, Palmerston, ON, Darlene (Peter) Johnson and Marlene (Robert) LeShane both of Northern Bay, Sarah (Brian) Milley, St. John's and Margaret (Timothy) Pittman, Fergus, ON; three sons: Patrick (Ginette Vaillancourt), André (Lise Levasseur) and Richard (Lorraine) all of Sept-Iles, QC; sixteen grandchildren: Eric, William, Sherry-Lyne (Jeremy), Bradley, Steven, Jimmy, Ronnie, Cody, Dustin, Zachary, Travis, Melanie, Emily, Clare, Shannon (Caroline) and Marc; two great-grandchildren: Chantz and Zoë-Lyne; two brothers: Joseph (Irene Robbins), Victoria and Ben (Anne), Scarborough, ON; five sisters: Lillian McCarthy, Pickering, ON, Dorothy (Andy) Oliver, Gull Island, Marie (Anthony) Pinsent, Bellevue, twin sister Mary-Ellen (Jim) Power, Old Perlican, Theresa (Will) Power, Low Point; son-in-law: Patrick Diaz, Riviere Pentecôte, QC; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, MAIN HIGHWAY, WESTERN BAY and from where the funeral will take place on Wednesday, November 12 at 10:00 a.m. Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church and Cemetery, Northern Bay. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
