My heart goes out to the Joseph Family. I fondly remember my years serving with Rita on the Fire Department. She was a leader with heart and I learned a great deal from her and Julie. I always refer to her as my "Fire-Mom" and will continue to serve the medical community with the care and love I inherited from Rita. We should all learn from her giving nature.
