Thomas J. Cichoski, 51, of Center Twp., was reunited with his son, Travis, on Thursday, April 9, 2009. His passing occurred at his residence.

Born October 15, 1957, in Sewickley, he was a son of Nellie R. (Thomas) Cichoski of Brighton Twp. and the late Leon A Cichoski.

Tom was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He attended the Monacrest Free Methodist Church, Monaca.

In addition to his father, Tom was preceded in death by a son, Travis James Cichoski, on May 5, 1994, and his father-in-law, Marvin C Armstrong, on October 23, 2008.

He leaves his wife of 29 years, Deborah A Cichoski; a daughter, Davina Phillips and her husband, Erik of Center Twp., a son, Tommy F. Cichoski of Rochester, and two beloved grandchildren, Logan and Sam Phillips. He also leaves his mother-in-law, Ruby Armstrong of Center Twp; three brothers-in-law, David Armstrong of Center Twp., Randy Armstrong and his wife, Elena of Oakdale, and Roger Armstrong and his wife, Bert of El Paso, TX; a longtime friend, Dino Almonte of Raccoon Twp.; a brother, Leon Cichoski of Industry, and three sisters, Barb Savage of Ambridge, Janice Relich of Center Twp., and Teresa Quinn in Ohio.

Friends will be received Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at SIMPSON FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, 1119 Washington Ave., Monaca, (724-728-4000) where services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. The Reverend Doug Rabe will officiate.

Interment will follow in John Anderson Memorial Cemetery.
