BLAIR - It is with great sadness that on September 2nd, two days before her 98th birthday, surrounded by her family, Kathleen Blair "Nanie” passed away. Predeceased by her parents Nicholas and Regina Eichel; husband George William Blair; one sister; and six brothers. Survived by her daughter Jean Booty; granddaughters Colleen Orell (Butch), Kathy Booty, Kerry Booty, son-in-law Vern Booty; great-grandchildren Shannon Orell, Shaun Orell, Shayne Sebastian, Shaylee Booty-Sebastian and great-great-granddaughter Elizah Orell-McColl. She is also survived by her sister Chris Houliston; and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Nanie’s life will be held on Friday, September 8, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue with Rev. Ken Powers officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to Qu’Appelle House, 1425 College Avenue, Regina S4P 1B4.
