Obituary for
Louise Crowley Maheux
MEREDITH, NH – Louise Crowley Maheux, 92 formerly of Champlain Ave., Lewiston passed away peacefully Monday January 6th at the Meredith Bay Colony Club.
She was born in Lewiston, June 23, 1921, the daughter of Francis V., and Leda (Dumont) Crowley, Sr.
She was a 1939 graduate of Lewiston High School, and following her education started her own insurance agency known as Hammond Insurance Agency working until her retirement in 1995.
Hobbies included golfing, bowling, and playing cards.
Survivors include three daughters, Mary Patrick and husband, Blaine of Bedford, NH; Constance Dube and husband, Paul of Reisterstown, MD; and Sally Wyman and husband Richard of Laconia, NH. Also surviving are five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Francis V., and Hank Crowley, one sister, Vivian Houston as well as her first and second husbands, John Hammond, and Maurice Maheux.

MAHEUX died in Meredith, NH; Mrs. Louise C. Maheux age 92 years formerly of Lewiston.
Memorial services honoring Louise’s life will be held SATURDAY 2:00PM at the funeral home. Spring burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
