Age 77. At rest Sunday October 27, 2013 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Joliet to the late Ned and Victoria (Furlan) Rocks, she was a lifelong resident. She was a homemaker. Member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. Gloria loved to crochet and thoroughly enjoyed making blankets for all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Kenneth Wruk of Joliet; six children, Ken (Nancy) Wruk Jr. of Joliet, Vicki (Bill) Schmitz of Joliet, Donna Joutras of Joliet, Neda (Daniel) Zelehovitis of Joliet, Martin (Joan) Wruk of Crest Hill and Kristine Walker of Joliet; her grandchildren, Katie, Colleen (fiance, Matt Clementi) Wruk, Bill (Jennie) Schmitz, Mandi (Jon) Casford, Heather Joutras, Andrea (fiance, Erik Lindholm) Lang, Alexis, Nicholas and Anthony Zelehovitis, Jeffery and Michelle Cullen, Gianna Wruk, Kasi and Jayme Walker; her great-grandchildren, Cassidy Schmitz, Madison and Megan Casford, Gavin Colvin, Kaleb Lindholm and Trevor Cullen; her brother, Ned (Laura) Rocks of Joliet; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded by her brother, Ernest Rocks; two sisters, Jennie (Joe) Zubcic and Lena (Pete) Likar; and her granddaughter, Theresa A. Lang.

As it was her request, Cremation Rites have been accorded. A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 901 Elizabeth St. (1 block north of Ruby St.) Joliet. Memorials in her name to St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated. Family will receive all friends and relatives from 9:30 a.m. until time of mass at the church.
