Sandra K. Beavers, 67, of North Sioux City, died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013, at a Sioux City hospital.
Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Monday at Berkemier Chapel, Christy Smith Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home.
Sandra was born April 19, 1946, in Allen, Neb., to Merrill and Maxine (Rakow) Reising. She attended Sioux City East High School.
She enjoyed her grandchildren, walking, shopping and Christmas. She loved being with her family.
Survivors include her children, Tammie (Jason) Grant of Sioux City and Chad (Jessica) Beavers of Sioux City; grandchildren, Billie Jean (Shad) Norton, Kimberly Grant, Matthew Grant and Thomas Beavers; great-grandson, Grant Norton; and brothers and sisters, Gary Reising of Sioux City, Jackie Clause of Bancroft, Neb., Steve (Kim) Reising of Marion, Texas, Mike (Carla) Reising of Eldridge, Iowa, and Marilyn Reid of Lincoln, Neb.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
