Obituary for Justin L. "Bud" Stork

Hubbard, Neb.—Justin L. “Bud” Stork, 34, of Hubbard, died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2007, as a result of an automobile accident on North Bluff Road near Hubbard.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick Church in Jackson, Neb., with the Rev. Paul M. Albenesius, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery at Jackson. Visitation, with the family present, will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with a 7 p.m. parish vigil service, at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel.
Justin was born July 21, 1973, in Sioux City, the son of Jerome L. and Linda E. (Morrow) Stork. He was raised in the Hubbard and Jackson area and graduated from Emerson-Hubbard High School. He lived Lincoln, Neb., for several years before returning to Hubbard. He was employed in retail sales.
He was a member of St. Mary Church in Hubbard. He enjoyed camping, fishing and music. But most important to him was caring for his mother and spending time with his best friend, his father. Family and friends were also very special to him. He was willing to give his time and effort in helping everyone he knew. He also enjoyed watching movies with his friends.
Survivors include his father and his wife, Jerome and Judy Stork of Hubbard; his mother, Linda Morrow of Hubbard; four brothers and their wives, James and Sandy Stork of Hubbard, Jerald “Jay” and Terri Stork of Macon, Ga., Jeffrey “Pooch” Stork and his significant other, Ruby Lowell of Jackson, and Jeromy and Melanie Vedral of Sioux City; a sister and her husband, Lisa and Jeff Mentzer of Lincoln; extended family, Shari Stork of Emerson; uncles and aunts, Norma Dallas of Sun City Center, Fla., James and Ginny Morrow of Watertown, Minn., Dale Morrow and Sue Buggy of Jackson, Wayne and Celia Morrow of Eugene, Ore., Juanita Goering of Independence, Mo., Sylvia Coleman of Wilmar, Minn., Peter and Daisy Stork of Tekamah, Neb., John and Sam Schulte Jr. of Rock Rapids, Iowa, and Janice Schulte of Paysen, Ariz.; best friends, Travis Scheer and his sister Lee Ann Scheer; many nieces and nephews and cousins; and many many close friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Marcella Stork; his maternal grandparents, Lindell and Lorena Morrow; and his uncle, Lee Dallas.
Pallbearers will be Jim Stork, Jay Stork, Jeff Stork, Jeromy Vedral, Jeff Mentzer and Travis Scheer. Honorary pallbearers will be his many special friends.
Memorial in his name may be directed to the family.
