Obituary for Michelle "Shelly" Fournier

Michelle "Shelly" Fournier, 38, a long time resident of the Forbes St. Group
Home, Riverside died peacefully on Saturday, March 17th at the Phillip Hulitar Hospice
Center, Providence. She was the beloved daughter of the late Patricia (McKinnon) Fournier and Paul J. Fournier Sr., of Bristol and his wife Gloria.
Shelly is survived by her eight brothers and sisters:
-Paul and Susan (Moody) Fournier of Pawtucket
-Patricia and Terrence Moran of Providence
-Mary and Michael Collins of Pomfret CT.,
-Elizabeth and David Laliberte of Rumford,
-Ann and Robert England of Cumberland
-Kathleen and Greg Coogan Barrington
-Suzanne and Maurice Mitchell of Milton MA
-John and Michelle (Rainho) Fournier of Seekonk MA
She also leaves her nieces and nephews, Lauren and Alison Fournier, Jamie, Terry, Maggie Moran, Michael, Christopher, Maura, Katie and Joseph Collins, Morgan, Maddie, Patti and David LaLiberte, Robert and Patrick England, Bridget, Mary, Maggie, and Thomas Mitchell, Ben, Molly, Anna, and Danny Coogan, Brady and Nate Fournier.

A graduate of Meeting Street School, Shelly touched many lives with her
beautiful smile. Despite her limitations, she could always be counted on for her happy disposition.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Shelly Thursday, March 22, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Teresa’s Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Her burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. For online condolences please visit www.manningheffern.com.
