Mark, I am saddened and sorry to hear about the passing of your father. As you and everyone else whoever met him knows, he was an outstanding man and always a pleasure to be around. I am sorry that I was unable to pay my respects in person but I have been thinking of you and all of Carl's family and friends since hearing the news of his passing.
