Funeral services for Mrs. Lois Hamilton Mason, 78 ,of Winnsboro, LA will be held at Chase Pentecostal Church on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ray McMurray and Rev. James McMurray officiating. Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery under the direction of Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro. Mrs. Mason was born March 2, 1928 in Wisner, LA and passed away Sunday December 3, 2006 at Charlyn Nursing Home in Winnsboro. She was a resident of Winnsboro, a homemaker, and a member of the Chase Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in Death by: Husband-Willie Segrest Mason, Father-Thomas B. Hamilton, Mother-Ethel Juneau Hamilton, Brother-Lonnie "Gue" Mason, and Sister-Maudeal Cardin. Survivors include: Brother-Floyd Mason and Sister-Odeal Pippens both of Krotz Springs, La., and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The Pallbearers will be Sam Langley, James Talbert, Leo Hutto, Gerald McMurray, Kevin McMurray, and Robert Newman. The Honorary Pallbearers will be Drew McMurray and Hoyt Erwin.
