Muriel Wray, 91, of Stratford passed away peacefully at Spruce Lodge on Wednesday June 21, 2017. Cherished wife of John Wray whom she married in 1967. Loving mother of Ernie Wray (Michelle Oliver) and Robert Wray (Susan). Dear grandmother of Riley (Sarah) Wray, Krissy Knox (Shane Schultz), Dan Knox, Alicia Bowman (Jake) and Tina Knox. Great- grandmother of Brayden, Sophia, Owen and Emma. Predeceased by her parents John and Helena Greig, brothers Elliott Greig (Olive) and Robert Greig ; sisters Marjorie in childhood and Alice Martin (Art). The family would like to thank Romeo Court, the mobility bus drivers, the St. Andrew’s church flower guild, Ann and Frieda from OneCare and all the caregivers at the east wing at Spruce Lodge for all their love and support to Muriel and the family. Friends will be received at the James A. Rutherford Funeral Home, 156 Albert St. Stratford on Friday June 23, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral service on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.at the funeral home.
