In Loving Memory of Mr. James ‘Jim’ Kenney 1945-2017 It is with great sadness that the family announces his death on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at the Timmins & District Hospital at the age of 71 years. Loving husband of Gloria (nee Sarmiento). Dearest father of Mickey (Kira) Kenney, Craig (Amanda Thomas) Kenney and Stacey (Marko) Latti, all of Iroquois Falls. Beloved grandfather of Sydney, Reagan, Kimberly, Sabrina and Leah Kenney and Ethan and Sophia Latti. Cherished brother of Bill (Mariette) Kenney of Ottawa, the Late Susan, and Betty Lou Purdon of Iroquois Falls. He was predeceased by his parents 'Ja' James and 'Tootsie' Julia Kenney and his sister Susan. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Sharon (Joe) Furlan of Timmins as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Family and Friends may call on Thursday, June 8 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 70 for a time of fellowship, sharing and refreshments.
