Jeanette Herritt

Passed peacefully away at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Center at Harbour Breton on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017, Jeanette Herritt, age 44 years of Hermitage-Sandyville. Leaving to mourn her loving family: husband, Glenn; son, Adam; daughter, Ashley; mother, Mary Simms; parents in law, Ernest and Madeline Herritt; brother, Raymond (Kimberley); sisters, Linda (David), Geraldine (Banfield), Christina (Hardy) and Moreen (Alvin); brothers in law, Lloyd (Donna) and John (Bernice); sisters in law, Barbara (Everett), Anita (Frank) and Joslyn (Wayne); ten nephews, nine nieces, twelve great nephews and one great niece; plus a number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her father, Ralph Simms. Visitation took place on Wednesday, April 26th at Saviour’s Anglican Church from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm for Family only and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm for the public. On Thursday, April 27th, visitation was from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Family Service was held on Thursday at 7:00 pm for Family only. Funeral Service was held on Friday, April 28th, 2017 at 11:00 am from St. Saviour’s Anglican Church at Hermitage with Rev. Hubert Vallis, Rev. Roy Simms and Rev. G. Colbourne officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Hermitage-Sandyville.
