Dear Jane, I am deeply saddened to hear of Doug's passing and I send you my condolences. I know it has been some time now, but I just found out today. I was cleaning my address book, saw Doug's name and decided to look him up. Anyway, I attended three of Doug's seminars early in my career, maybe 20 years ago now, and yet his effect on me was so profound I still feel it today. He will be missed. Matt
