Dr. Gillette was my teacher and mentor for my radiation oncology residency in 1999-2001. He travelled to Los Angeles to oversee my program with his friend, Dr. Rod Withers. I am truly blessed to have been trained by two extraordinary individuals and appreciate the opportunities he afforded me. I continue to benefit from Dr. Gillette's training every day. I am sorry to have missed the service on Nov 28th, but a snow storm kept me away. My condolences to Sharon and to Dr. Gillette's extended family. What a wonderful man...he will be dearly missed.
