Delmer was a "Gentle Giant". He was a big man with an even bigger heart. Always the gentleman!
When I owned Armstrong Chemical Co., I worked closley with Delmer during tht Big Thompson flood. He put on great golf tournaments, and card games in his garage afterwards. Opps, that was suppose to be a secret.
He will be missed by all
