Obituary for Charles ZEITLER

Charles Edward Zeitler, 82, passed away on December 27, 2008 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on January 31, 1926 in Chicago, IL.Charles moved to Parker, AZ; every winter since 1993. He worked as a watchman for Freyner, a paving company out of Elko, NV; for the last 15 years and was an over-the-road truck driver for Domer Trucking out of Denver, CO; prior to that. Charles was a member of the Baptist Church in Quartzsite, AZ; and enjoyed fishing, traveling, and listening to classical and western music. In his younger days, he sang and played the guitar at home and in his church. He was known for his sense of humor, loved to dine out and visit with friends, family and strangers alike.Charles is survived by his daughter, Justine Turner of Cheshire, OR; granddaughter, April Sartin of Mexico; great-grandchildren, Jeremy, now serving in Iraq; Angela, Tony, Conchita and Daniel all presently living in Mexico; and his brother, Donald Zeitler of Carroll, IA.
