Condolence: Your father was a wonderful person and teacher. He was my homeroom teacher when I was in highschool. I wouldn't have had it any other way. My heart goes out to you and your family. Condolence: Bonnie, It was with great sorrow that I heard of John's passing. I have always considered him as one of my greatest friends and he seemed to be loved by all. He was so instrumental in helping form my own aspirations both in mechanics and music. I will always hold fond memories of him. A little bit of John will live on in each of his friends because of how he touched our lives. Condolence: There are so many good memories of Uncle John. Growing up he always had something in his pocket for the children. Silver dollars and half dollars were a real treat as he would hand them out with a hug and a big smile. He and Uncle Harry, Uncle Raymond and Royce hunting, shooting guns, making music, the way he whistled, Thanksgiving Dinner's at Aunt Rosie's, Aunt Bonnie's cooking, old timey stories and jokes are some of my best childhood memories. Condolence: Dear Bonnie and girls, John was a good friend and co-worker. He loved his family and friends and was always talking about them. He loved to tell old stories and joke about those he loved. We spent a lot of time together over the early years, golfing, plus going to and watching NASCAR races. John and I sort of lost contact after he retired, except for a casual meeting somewhere or word about him from a daughter. I really regret losing contact. He was a lot of fun but had a very serious side as well. He was a friend and will be missed by all who knew him.
