There are so many good memories of Uncle John. Growing up he always had something in his pocket for the children. Silver dollars and half dollars were a real treat as he would hand them out with a hug and a big smile. He and Uncle Harry, Uncle Raymond and Royce hunting, shooting guns, making music, the way he whistled, Thanksgiving Dinner's at Aunt Rosie's, Aunt Bonnie's cooking, old timey stories and jokes are some of my best childhood memories.
