Condolences

Condolence From: Jamela
Condolence: To My Dear Family, I watched the memorial video today. I can't believe it has almost been a year. It still brings tears to my eyes and hurt as much as if it were yesterday. I just wanted you to know I was thinking of him and he will never be forgotten.

Condolence: Dear Pat and Sarah,

What can I say, you all are like family to me, Knowing your Mom and being neighbors on Rose Circle forever, We became friends when we were both 'young and beautiful'. I know you will miss John. I miss him and he was some distance away. I can still hear him saying'OK, Darling' or some other quip, I remember when he played for early Morning prayer at Trinity, he said ' If I have to 'Blow the Trumpet in Zion' one more time'....and he would roll his expressive eyes.
The best recent memory was gathered around the piano with Pat, John and Gerald singing the old time hymns, it brought tears to my eyes hearing their beautiful voices blend together. I can still hear John singing 'O Holy Night ' at Trinity, it made the hair on your arms stand up. I have so many memories of the good times we had together, I will never forget him and we will see them all some day soon...I Love You

Condolence: Pat ....

I am so sorry that I did not know of John's Homegoing! John was one of my favorite men of God! He was a real friend through the years. We had plenty of late night talks after office hours at Trinity! We just kinda unloaded and told the truth! I'll treasure those memories!

I am just so sad that I was not able to be there to say 'See you later!' I just don't believe in 'Good-byes' ... as beleiver it's 'See you later!'

I can only imagine John singing those wonderful songs of praise and worship (of course on the organ) face to face with our Lord. That has got to be an AMAZING experience!

Please let us know if there is anything that we can do for you. You hold a very special place in our hearts as well!

Sure do love you and be assured of our prayers!

As for John ... 'Hey man, save me a spot!'
