Louella Gladys Dugger (Lou), age 88, of Snohomish, Washington, died on Thursday, August 12, 2010. She was born March 25, 1922 in Weldona, Colorado; the daughter of Fred and Christina Eisenbarth. Lou is survived by her husband Jim Dugger; five children, Jack Elder (Linda), Randy Elder (Bobbie), Tim Elder (Judy), Roy Dugger (Cindy), Christine Passmore; three stepchildren, Jack Dugger (Julia), Cheryl Bowler, Bob Dugger (Marilyn); dearly loved grandchildren and great grandchildren; and six brothers, Bob Eisenbarth, Ken Eisenbarth (Nora), Jim Eisenbarth (Reva), Dick Eisenbarth, Tom Eisenbarth (Bernie), and Fred Eisenbarth Jr. (Dee). No formal services will be held. Thanks to all the kind hearted ones and Caregivers who assisted with her care.
