Mr. Damon A. Jones, age 83 passed away on September 16, 2009, in Dothan, Alabama.

Mr. Jones was a retired social worker with Jackson County Department of Human Resources. Mr. Jones was a 1960 graduate of Auburn University. He was a member of St. Lukes Episcopal Church of Scottsboro and First Baptist Church of Dothan. Mr. Jones is the son of the late James M. Jones and Annie Walden Jones of Dothan and Headland, Alabama. Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews; and also a host of special friends.
