Obituary for Colleen Mariah Moriarty

Colleen Mariah  Moriarty
Colleen Mariah Moriarty, 21 of Waterbury passed away Wednesday January 7, 2009 at Saint Mary’s Hospital.

Colleen was born May 7, 1987 in Waterbury, the daughter of William J. Moriarty and Donna M. (Fredsall) Keating and was a lifelong Waterbury resident. She was a 2001 graduate of St. Margaret’s School and a 2005 graduate of Sacred Heart High School. Colleen attended Post University and Naugatuck Valley Community Technical College where she was studying Business Management.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Emergency Department at Saint Mary’s Hospital for their care and support.

Besides her parents of Waterbury, She leaves her brother William T. Moriarty of Waterbury, her paternal grandmother, Margaret Moriarty of Waterbury, her maternal grandparents Lowell M. and Mercedes (Clisham) Fredsall of Wolcott, her step father, Bob Keating of Waterbury, her step brother, Shawn Keating and his wife Candice of San Diego, her loving boyfriend, Jeff Bourdeau of Waterbury, her aunts and uncles, David and Michele Fredsall of Wolcott, Kathy and Rich Mulligan of Old Lyme, Michael and Sue Moriarty of Waterbury, William Fredsall of Wolcott and her great uncle and aunt Dan and Susie Moriarty of Del Ray Beach, FL and many loving cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her grandfather, William M. Moriarty.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Colleen will be celebrated Monday January 12, at 10:30 a.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Church 67 Southmayd Road in Waterbury. Friends are asked to meet directly at Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the Mulville Funeral Home 270 West Main Street, Waterbury Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics of Connecticut 2666 State Street Suite 1 Hamden, CT. 06517-2232.
