To Norma, David and Sandy, I am very sorry for your loss. I am so glad that I got the opportunity to know such a special person and one that I too grew to love. Bill will be truly missed by all. It will be hard going to work and knowing that he won't be there, but I know that he is no longer suffering. Please take care of Ms. Norma, she is a wonderful person and I love her too.
