Obituary for Tina Allstun (George)

Tina Allstun, the daughter of the late Esta Anthony and Flossie Bell Ringham George, was born in Dongola, Illinois on December 23, 1917, and passed away at the Golden Living Center in Dexter, Missouri on September 9, 2008, at the age of 90 years, 8 months and 17 days.
Mrs. Allstun lived in Cleveland, Ohio before moving to the Dexter, Missouri area in 1932. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Dexter, Missouri.
On September 1, 1934, she was married to Charley Lloyd Allstun in Dexter, Missouri. He preceded her in death on July 12, 1985.
Surviving are one daughter, Lorene Marie Ward of Dexter, Missouri; three sons, Franklin, Leon and Lloyd Allstun all of Dexter, Missouri; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by two sons, Raymond Glen and Carl Edward Allstun; two brothers, Cyrel Herbert and Eugene Anthony George; one sister, Goldie Bell Pry; and one grandson, Richard Allstun.
Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:30 PM on Wednesday September 10, 2008, at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter Missouri.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2008, at 1:30 PM at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with Bro. Mike Yates of Salem, Arkansas officiating.
Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
