Dear Don, Tim, Toby and family, My heart goes out to you all. Todd was a good man and friend to many. I have fond memories of hanging out with him in our teens and early twenties. We had some good times together back then. He was one of the people I reconnected with after getting out of the military and he was the still the same happy-go-lucky person he always was. I remember working with Todd at Harrell Construction in the mid nineties. He was a hard worker and would do whatever it took to get the job done. Although I haven't seen Todd in a few years now, I will miss him and always have good memories of him. May God be with you during these tough times. Lewis Hardin
