Condolence: Dear Family of George Zibilich, I did not hear of George's death until Wednesday March 15, the day of the funeral. I am so very so very sorry to hear of Doc's death. I was up to see him in February at the hospital. I am so glad I visited with him then. Please accept my most heartfelt sympathy. I played for Doc & Gladys' 50th anniversary, for Doc's retirement party, Doc's birthday party and 100's of times for them at the VFW & Elks club. I am going to miss Doc a great deal. He was a wonderful man and I had many talks with him that I will remember always. Sincerely, A good friend-David Poggenklass, Guttenberg, Ia.

Condolence: Mrs. Zibilich, I wanted to let you know how very very sad I was to hear of Mr. Zibilich's passing. I am now even more glad that I drove with my Father to see you and Mr. Zibilich last year. You are two of the nicest people I have ever met. My Father has enjoyed both of your friendships and I certainly hope you stay in touch. I truly believe that Mr. Zibilich is toasting a cocktail with my Mother in Heaven. Please keep that thought with you. Mom will make sure he has fun, yet stays out of trouble! Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. With deepest sorrow, Sandi (Ramm) Cohn

Condolence: My heartfelt sympathy to each of you. Dr. Ziblich was such a kind and genteel person and physician. It is impossible to think of him without seeing his beaming smile and that twinkle in his eye. I am richer person for having known him. How privileged I was to sing at the renewal of Doc and Gladys' marriage vows. Circumstances do not permit me to visit and be there in person, but you are all in my prayers. love, Kathy

Condolence: What a fabulous man! I saw you all last at Nonnie's funeral(Margaret Stock). I am greatful for Doc Zibilich because without his assistance I would not be here! He delivered me on Oct. 12, 1971. My grandparents, Jim and Margaret Stock, always talked about what a kind man he was and how he was such a great doctor, too! I smile when I think about his place in my life and I am sure that he is smiling too!

Condolence From: Scott & Johnie Crawford (Johnie EX Bartender VFW 788)
Condolence: As I sat in the Dentist Chair today, the Dentist offered me the newspaper to read as my tooth was numbing. I looked at the paper and noticed George's picture. I'm so sorry to hear about George's Passing. It seemed like yesterday that he talked about selling the house and moving into your new residence. He was such a Class Act and I'll always remember that GREAT laugh that filled the room at the VFW and Elk's Club. We always knew George was around! I'll never forget the first time that Johnie and I met George. we had just moved to Cedar Rapids from Burlington,Vermont. We were sitting by ourselfs and George came up to us and introduced himself. He gave us a few hints about Cedar Rapids and welcomed us to the Elks. He has touched so many lifes over the years.. Brought them from Sickness to Good Health and served us so proudly in World War II and Korea. God Bless You George.. I'm POSITIVE they moved you to the front of the line just to see that smiley face. You will always be remembered as the most positive person you could ever be around...

Condolence From: Louise Bass Mac Eachern at Conesville
Condolence: To Dr. Zibilich's family: I first knew Dr. Ziblich as a young child and I will never forget his kindness and that beautiful smile no matter how rushed he was with an office full of people waiting. I have been eternally grateful to him for all the kindnesses and love he so freely gave to our large family. When my husband and I were first married and poorer than dirt there were times we did not recieve a bill for the care he so willingly gave to us. My husband John had a heart attack at work and Dr. Ziblich personally called me to tell me he may or may not be alive when I reached the hospital, he was always so open and honest with us. My husband John always commented when a patient hurt you could see Dr. Ziblich hurt too. This world is a better place because Dr. Ziblich lived and touched lives. Know you are all in my thoughts and prayers as you lay your loved to rest. God Bless and keep each one of you. Weasie @iowatelecom.net Louise M. Bass Mac Eachern Conesville, Iowa 52739

Sorry I can't pay my respects in person, but I am flying out of town tomorrow. I will keep George and you in my prayers. Be proud of that man, and be thankful that he was among you for 85 years. I am very thankful that he was my friend for 7 years. God bless you all.
