Robert W. Grier 32, of Sarasota, FL, died June 10, 2007. Mr. Grier was born September 18, 1974 in Charlotte, MI the son of the late Robert and Ann (Bartolacci) Grier. Mr. Grier worked as a production manager at a fish oil manufacturing facility in Florida. He enjoyed walking Siesta Key Beach, writing poems and playing with his dogs, Khaki and Saydee. Mr. Grier was an adventurer who rode four wheelers and dirt bikes. He loved spending time, shopping with and making his daughter, Kayla Ann, the center of his life. Mr. Grier was a graduate of Charlotte High School class of 1993. He is survived by his sister, Amy (Stephen) Ford of Sarasota, FL.; brother, Richard (Krysti) Grier of North Port, FL; nieces and nephews, Sean Flowers, Kathryn Flowers, Mason Gray, Melany Grier, Skylar Ford, Brian Ford and Keith Ford all of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jeffrey Grier and daughter Kayla Ann. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2007 at Pray Funeral Home with Reverend Father Denis R. Spitzley officiating. Interment will be at Maple Hill Cemetery in Charlotte. Visitation will be Friday, June 15, 2007 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 7:00 p.m.
