He loved hunting and fishing and going to Palmers Junction, and anything that involved being on the lake, and always had a tallboy in his hand. He had more stories to tell than any person I ever knew. He loved spending time with family and friends. He loved working on the farm and working the kids to death. He always had a saying, "You might as well sit down and stay awhile because you ain't in no big hurry". The family will be at the home of Sharon and Coy Tharp. Byrd's Mortuary, Maynardville.
