Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Mark's passing. I will always remember him as a happy and smiling teenager in our Youth Group at Evergreen Church. He and his brother were very special to our family and in our church activities. It's sad that at such a "young" age his life would come to an end, and yet... we have God's promise that because of Christ we will meet again. So for that reason we can rejoice and be at peace. We will see you again Mark. May your family be blessed at this difficult time. We love you because Christ loved us.

Condolence From: Rev. Jack Hoffman
Condolence: I shed tears to hear of Mark's death. Way back in 1976 he became my friend and I his spiritual father (though only 4 years in physical age older) in South Boardman, Michigan when I was pastor of Victory Baptist Church. Nikki and my son Daniel rode to and attended Christian school in Traverse City. Daniel (as a child) loved Mark and prayed for his soul. Mark, Donna, Dale and Nikki lived right just around the corner from our parsonage. We shared some special experiences. We hunted together, fished and traveled some places. I gave him a Stevens semi-auto 12 gauge. He went visiting with me to see people about their souls. He was a big man with a gentle heart. I miss him and you have mine, my wife Jill and son Daniel's heartfelt sympathy. I expect to see to be reunited with him in heaven one day. Our prayers and the prayers of our church here in Illinois are for you.
