The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Robert Swit can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Dear Poppa, How appalling the behavior of certain people. We all know that you are in a better place. And thank God that you did not have to observe it. We love you and know that you are safe with the Angels. We love you to the moon and back. Rest in peace, sweet man. Love from those who truly cared for you.

Condolence: Nicky Swit was my best friend in High School in the 1970s. Mr. Swit worked in NYC and rode the train during the work week. On the weekends he was an avid golfer at the RG&CC or the Upper Montclair CC. Bob loved pac man before it was popular. He was the first one to own a Sony Betamax. When his granddaughter, Jessie and his grandson, Nikolai were born he became Poppa Bob. Always the epitome of a truly gentle man, a gentleman he treated all of us "youngsters" with the utmost respect. You could tell how much he really cared about people. Dearest Poppa Bob, May you find peace with the Angels as you journey to Heaven. They are singing a special song for you. "To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die" Love, Gerry, John, Christopher, Anna and Kitty. (Nicole's NJ family) We will always love you!
