I remember that I wasn't suppose to stay the night at Lynette's house (it was a school night). I guess we thought we were smarter than a 20 veteran of the police force. I slept under the bed in hopes he wouldn't find me. Needless to say he did. I will never forget that look. He wrote a note to the school and I had to go school with Lynette. So much for the day off. He always had a way of teaching a lesson. He use to just shake his head at us, like when we got locked in the back of his police car when he was at lunch at Coranne's. Thank the Lord for his lessons and the example he was.
