Condolence: Dear Maja and family,
I lived across the street from Mary here in Hensall. She was a wonderful lady. Every other week she would call me over because she said her company wasn't coming and she would give my family potatoes, salads, cookies etc. She was such a dear, I would start my car to warm it up in the winter and she would keep an eye on it so no one would take it. She used to have me over for tea and tell me all the stories of her experiences coming over to Canada and while she was in Holland. She was a remarkable woman and i was lucky to have known her.

And I am so glad I was able to visit with 'Tante Marie' just this past January, before I headed back to Australia. I will always treasure the big hug she gave me when we said our good byes. Condolence: To the family of "Tante" Marie: I only had one tante who was not really my tante and that was Tante Marie. My thoughts are with you in this time of memories and sadness. Tante Marie has been a dear friend of my parents, especially my mother, for many years and I know my mother will miss her dearly. Condolence: Maria was one of my first volunteers when I started working in Activity Programming. She & I would do the Birthday Parties together & she'd also help do manicures, baking and visitation. She was a wonderful lady focused on serving others in a most practical way. I will miss her, especially out in the courtyard in the summer with her eye's closed and face turned toward the sun.
