Maria was one of my first volunteers when I started working in Activity Programming. She & I would do the Birthday Parties together & she'd also help do manicures, baking and visitation. She was a wonderful lady focused on serving others in a most practical way. I will miss her, especially out in the courtyard in the summer with her eye's closed and face turned toward the sun.
