Robert Warren Hughes, 68, of Saxton, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born on October 18, 1945 in Somerset, Pennsylvania; a son of the late Samuel and Sara Jane (Ulery) Hughes.

He is survived by the following family:
Three Children:
Robert Brian Hughes, Altoona, PA
Kim married to Kevin Baker, Saxton, PA
Kevin Hughes, Saxton, PA

Grandchildren:
Sage, Hailey, Zoey and Nicholas Baker

He was preceded in death by a son: Donald A. Hughes and brother: Thomas Hughes.

Robert was a graduate of Tussey Mountain High School Class of 1963.

He worked for various construction companies until his retirement.

Mr. Hughes enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing and playing with his band the “Pastimes”.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at the Riddlesburg Bible Church with Pastor Ronnie Forrester officiating.

If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mr. Hughes to the funeral home to assist family with expenses.
