CASADA, Cody William age 22 of Middletown, Ohio passed unexpectedly from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident Tuesday, June 11, 2013. Born November 23, 1990 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cody was the son of George and Tina (Monhollen) Casada and attended Little Miami High School. Cody was a loving son, brother, uncle and a friend to all who knew him. Cody had worked for Premier Fitness in Middletown, the Family Food Mart in South Lebanon and recently AK Steel in Middletown and loved fishing, skateboarding and body building. Cody leaves behind his parents George Casada of South Lebanon and Tina Casada of Morrow, Ohio; brothers Chad Casada of Florida and Matthew (Christa) Casada of Lebanon; grandparents Loretta Casada of South Lebanon and Charles and Oneda Monhollen of Morrow, Ohio; nephews Bryson Casada of Lebanon and Jacob Casada of Mason.
Friends may call on the family Friday, June 14, 2013 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1:00pm with Pastor Steve Tufts officiating. Burial will follow in the Edwardsville Cemetery.
