Condolences

Condolence From: Sheryl Irwin (Markowski)
Condolence: I am Will's half-sister (I knew him when we were younger as Bill or Billy). Same father-different mother. I regret not keeping in touch with him or his brother. One of the last times I saw him he was a very young man (I am 9 years older) and he was trying so hard to act all grown up. He took me out for dinner at the Roosevelt Hotel on HIS money and in HIS car. He was very sweet and gentle and introduced me to some of his friends. I am so, so sorry he is gone and we didn't connect again before he was tragically taken. My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to our family, many of whom I've never met. My Love to you little brother and may God hold you in his hands for eternity. Your sister Sheryl.

Condolence From: John Anderson
Condolence: This brings back many great memories of growing up in the neighborhood with Bill and Bob. I’m so sorry to see a brother of a friend and a friend of a brother pass so young. But I’ll never forget him or the good times we had in the ‘hood. (…my favorite being watching him chase down Kevin B!)

Condolence: Lois and Bob, We are so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We were not aware of his illness. Even though we have been many years in Fort Collins, Colorado, we often have memories of Bill (as we have always known him), Bob and you living as neighbors to you and watching him and Jerry grow up together. We remember the times when they used to play football, and the time Jerry broke his ankle doing this at Cooledge School. Bill and Jerry spent so much time together, including being on the Jefferson High School wrestling team. And the heartfelt memory of when Jack passed away, and the entire wrestling team came over to your place to share time and support with you and Bill and Bob. The years pass us by, but our membories will be forever.

Condolence: Lois, Bob, and Linda, I am deeply sorry for the loss of Bill. I still have very clear memories of Bill taking us to Coolidge and playing football with us, chasing me and Bob down and usually giving us a pummeling for something stupid we did or just because he could. Kevin Bowden
