Pawchak, David M.

Age 50. Passed away suddenly Friday, December 14, 2012 from complications of a massive heart attack. Graduate of St. Mary Assumption Grade School, class of 1976 and Joliet Central High School, class of 1980. Employed by Bison Gear Company for the past 25 years. Member of the N.R.C.

Survived by his loving wife, Kimberly (nee Gether) Pawchak; loving father of Christin (Paul) LaLonde, Joshua Pawchak and James Upchurch; his mother, Sondra (nee Dale) Pawchak; father, Jacob R. (Judy Dutko) Pawchak; brothers, Jack (Clarita Guajardo) and Phil Pawchak.

Funeral services for David M. Pawchak will be Thursday, December 20, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the wishes of the family would be appreciated. Visitation Wednesday 3-8 p.m. with Parastas Services at 7:00 p.m. at:
