Diane, Richard, Sarah and the Boucher family- On behalf of the Pelletier and Riel families, we extend to all of you our sincerest condolences of the passing of your beloved father, pepere, and elder in your family, Armand Boucher. A respected man of his time, Armand was notably proud of his French-Canadian heritage and a devoted man to his family.
