Ken, or "Ozzie" to his musical friends, was truly a character of his time. His early interest in music, and drums in particular, seemed to capture his unique spirit and talents. He was one of the great drummers ever in the Pacific Northwest, and his contributions to the band "APPALOOSA" in the 70's made that band one of the favorites of everyone that heard them...friends and music critics alike. Kenny was always a good friend with a warm heart...and...the ever present smile and laugh made him special to me and all of his friends. I know that he kept "Rock n' Roll" deep in his heart...so..keep rocking "OZZIE!" Thanks for your friendship and your warm heart.
