Condolence From: Kevin Dickie
Condolence: On behalf of my Family, I want to let the Germann family and closest friends know I'm thinking of them. Frank was a great man who made a significant difference in many people's lives, including mine. He was a friend, mentor and as an aside, one heck of a baseball coach! He will be missed but be remembered as a Notre Dame and Canadian legend. Sincerely, Kevin Dickie (Woodchopper '80-81)
