Condolence From: Drew Hultgren
Condolence: I was so sad to hear of the terrible news of Warren's death. What a tragic loss. I know that my cousin, Beth is a strong and Godly woman, and a loving wife and mother. I know that her faith and her family will help her to get through this incredibly difficult time. But, as strong as she is, I can't imagine the depth of the loss that she must feel right now. I will continue to pray that God will give her the strength and peace that she will need, and surround her with the love of friends and family to help her get through the lonliness and grief. What I will remember most about Warren was his great sense of humor and his wonderful laugh. One example of Warren's love for fun was at my sister's wedding reception. While Beth's brother Barry and I "kidnapped" my sister and her new husband, we left Warren to "sabotage" their car. He managed to cross the wires of the car's horn with its brake lights. I still laugh when I think of Pam and Tim driving away in their little mustang - - every time Tim touched the brakes, the horn sounded! How funny!! It's memories like that - - as well as my great ski trip with Warren to Steamboat Springs - - that will keep Warren alive in my memories. I send my most sincere and sad condolences to Beth and all of their kids. I will continue to lift you up in my prayers. Love your Cousin, Drew Hultgren, St. Cloud, MN

Condolence: Dear Dolores and Norman. Our hearts are sad as we think of your loss but we thank God with you that Warren was a devoted child of God and lived his life sharing his testimony of God's plan of salvation. Our neighbor, Sue Flannigan told us about the meaningful memorial service held in Warren's honor. May God be glorified as people remember what they heard for a long time to come. He was an example to each of us pf what we should be doing. We wish we had the privilege of knowing him. May you experience God's presence and comfort. Sincerely, Don and Janell

Condolence From: Aaron, Rebecca, Isaiah, Ian and Simon Sholders
Condolence: You do not know me nor do I know you and your family. My son is currently a 2nd grader at HCA and thus I have connected with you via the school. My heart and my spirit aches for you and your family. I too have experienced the tragedy of this cursed world. 17 years ago my brother, of 19, slipped into the Merced river at Yosemite National Park and drown. I was 15 at the time and attending Dayspring Christian Academy (their gym is now the Greg Sholders Memorial gym which you may have been to). To now be at HCA and see the outpouring of His body there for you and your family has brought back a flood of memories, both painful and good. I am praying for you and your family knowing some of the road that you will have to travel. I can testify that after 17 years I have seen God's faithful hand restoring my family after our tragic loss. I am confident He will do the same for yours. If ever you would like to speak to me about my experiences and struggles (especially as a young adult) please do not hesitate to email me at aaron.sholders@colostate.edu. Please do not feel that you have to do this as I only offer so as to help. May the peace that surpasses all understanding guard your heart and mind as you cast your anxieties and worries on Him. In His Love Aaron Sholders

Condolence From: Tim and Nancy Haley
Condolence: It is shocking that Warren has left us too soon. He was a very gentle spirit, very generous and extremely industrious and innovative in the greenhouse business. I knew Warren primarily from the fresh flower business, Roses, Inc. meetings and Colorado Greenhouse Growers association. Sadly, my contact with Warren pretty much ended with the end of my rose-growing career. The imports were hard on all of us, but Warren always got the painful questionnaires from the International Trade Commission filled out, even though to do so was at least 40 hours of tedious research and data conversion. Warren paid his fair share and then some to support Roses, Inc's Import Action Committee and later the Floral Trade Council's assessment. He paid these when times were tough and there was a lot of competition for every dollar in a very stressed industry. Many did not. I was amazed that when Rose-growing greenhouses were being shuttered, Warren re-doubled his efforts and completely changed his operation, investing great treasure in switching to new technology in an attempt to grow his business. It has been many years since I visited Warren, which is my loss, I always thought I would have one more chance to visit with him. We lost a good one. Our thoughts are with those left behind.

Condolence From: Deb Burdick
Condolence: Dearest Beth and Family - I just want you to know that Warren's love and compassion lives on with all of you and your love of his passion and willingness to carry on his dreams. I remember Warren as being one of the most kind, compassionate people I've ever met. He was always caring and considerate of those who worked for him and those with whom he came in contact. Beth - you were always so very kind to me, as well. I am so glad that you have such a loving family to embrace you in this time of sorrow, for although Warren is in the company of the Lord today, he will be greatly missed by his family and the many people he touched. Our love and prayers go out to you and your children...may God give you the peace that passes all understanding. Love - Deb, Jon, Danny Burdick

Condolence From: Cathy Little
Condolence: Dear Beth and Jessica, Jason, Joey and Jenna, I just heard this morning about Warren and I sat stunned and saddened by the news. So many emotions came rushing into my heart remembering my own losses at ages similar to all of you. My head knows that time will ease these wounds and the days will get better, but my heart knows the ache and sorrow of these days. May God enfold you in His arms; may the joy and comfort of your faith and Warren's eternal home give you peace; may you rest in the care of your families and friends as they seek to comfort you. Asking "why" is so natural at a time like this, but the answers seem to evade us. May you rest trusting that God is sovereign over the universe and He is in control even now. May you rest trusting that His good and perfect will keeps you moving forward. May you rest in knowing His love for Warren. I am praying for each of you and I know Jesus is at God's right hand right now interceding for each of you with full knowledge of your needs.

Condolence From: David & Jane Peterson
Condolence: We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of Warren. It's hard to find words to bring comfort and peace at a time like this but fortunately we do not need to rely on our words but can rest on God's word and His promises. Isaiah 43:2 When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. Isaiah 41:10 Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. We have such fond memories of our times at Lake McConaughy and Warren's zeal for life and the joy he derived in giving you the ride of your life! But my greatest memory is of his love for our Lord and his devotion to Him, the Godly character he displayed, and his love and devotion to his family. You have been in our thoughts and prayers and will continue to be. Dave, Jane, Mike & Nick

Condolence From: Linda Norman
Condolence: Our hearts go out to the whole family as we consider the great loss of Warren's vibrant life here on this earth. While we know he is rejoicing with His Saviour, we who are left behind will feel the loss for a long time. In my devotions yesterday I ran across a verse that comforted my heart, and though it is possible I took it out of context, I will share it with you. Psalms 68:20. "He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto God the Lord belong the issues from death." Know that we are praying daily for you.

Condolence: It is impossible to think of Warren without thinking of his amazing smile. The two are inseparable.....And now this unthinkable loss. We are thinking of you and praying for you all without ceasing. The way Warren chose to live his life, and the way you as a family have chosen to live your lives, are an incredible testament to the beliefs and love in your hearts. May the many joys and blessings you've had as a family carry you through this time. As people who have had the privilege to walk a small distance with you, we are honored to have smiled and laughed with Warren. He leaves the legacy we all hope to leave behind. Our prayers to you all.

Condolence: Beth, Jason, Joey, Jenna, Jessica, and the whole Jordan family...We love you guys and continue to lift you up in prayer. Warren lived his earthly life with passion and conviction....about life, about the Lord, and about his family. It was evident in everything that he did and all who knew him were blessed. And now he leaves such an amazing legacy of love and faith in you all that will never be unseen or forgotten. Even though our hearts are so burdened with grief for the loss of our friend, we remember his (seemingly always) smiling face and picture with certainty, that because his heart was the Lord's, he is smiling in the presence of Jesus right now. Please know that we are always here for you. Scott and Allison Bush
